«Пресепсин (sCD14-ST) как биомаркер раннего и позднего неонатального сепсиса: систематический обзор и мета-анализ» ПСП – многообещающий маркер раннего и позднего неонатального сепсиса (РНС и ПНС). Разница между средними уровнями ПСП при РНС и ПНС подчеркивает важность того, что РНС и ПНС это две различные патологические сущности (different disease entities), при которых образцы измеренные при РНС характеризуют преклиническую стадию инфекции, а при ПНС - ее клиническую стадию. В будущей ежедневной практике ПСП может быть ценным маркером для исключения РНС до начала антибиотикотерапии.
